Made-to-order and custom pieces typically take 7–10 business days. During launches or especially busy seasons, turnaround times may vary slightly.

Yes! Every pair is handmade in small batches. Because of this, tiny differences in color, pattern, shape, or placement may occur. These little variations are part of what makes your earrings uniquely yours.

Nope! Polymer clay is wonderfully lightweight, so even larger statement earrings are super comfortable to wear.

Yes—when my schedule allows! Complete the Custom Request Form with your idea, preferred colors, inspiration photos, and any important details.

Submitting the form does not guarantee that your request will be accepted or reserve a place on my schedule. I’ll review your idea, confirm what’s possible, and send you the final price and estimated turnaround time.

Once approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin designing, purchasing special materials, or creating your earrings. The deposit is applied toward your total, and the remaining balance must be paid before pickup.

Some designs may return, but many are created in limited quantities. Follow a tiny bit of joy on social media for restock announcements, new collections, and sneak peeks.

Please contact me as soon as possible. If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn’t what you ordered, include a photo so I can make it right.

Polymer clay is flexible and durable, but it is not unbreakable. Please don’t bend, drop, or toss your earrings into a bag. Visit the Earring Care page for tips that will keep them looking joyful for as long as possible.
